Special orders: If you can’t decide exactly what you want, please contact me to ask about special orders. I will be glad to choose the design that suits you the best and discuss all details of custom orders. I’ll let you know the price for custom designs and ask for a down payment when you make the order.
International Deliveries: At the moment, shipping is handled by Air parcel post and delivery could take 10-16 days on average. If you feel that you don’t have enough time to get a packet for special date you will have an opportunity to buy Loewestamm e-Gift Certificate .
After sending a parcel I will submit a scanned copy of the receipt received at the Post Office. Where indicated the barcode (tracking number). This is the cheapest delivery. According to my observation not in every national systems tracking number will be visible except for the United States. In the USPS system the tracking number will be visible when the package arrives to the States.
Your parcel will be marked as a gift so don’t expect any local customs duty, extra charges or import taxes on your purchase.
